You ask and you shall receive. I had so much fun recording this episode, thanks to Chelli for dropping some knowledge and wisdom for us. I can’t thank her enough for coming on and providing us with such great information, and we are ready to rock..
We talk about when you should be dating after divorce, some things to watch out for (red flags) on your date, and also how to tell if you’re still carrying the baggage from the past into the present.
Shoutout to Jolynn Swafford and Empower Zone for a great interview, we talk about how to empower yourself to empower others, using our story to help and heal others, and we give a female’s perspective on divorce as well so we can get an idea what they go through during the divorce process.
Super thankful for this episode and can’t wait to have her back on again.
We have an awesome guest today, and her name is Angela Craven, she is an abstract painter from Denver Colorado, and uses art to transform grief into beauty. Her work has been super inspiring to watch and although she’s not divorced, she is happily married, but has had her own issues that can be very traumatic.
There are a lot of great takeaways, such as listening being a huge communication tool when helping others, and how she uses words in her paintings to help unravel the deepest emotions with the people she works with. Great interview and had a blast recording it so stick around to the end as she gives a great golden nugget for all of us.

Today I get a bit vulnerable and open up to you a LITTLE about my story, and how I got to this point. But I also talk about how PAIN was my biggest teacher and the biggest lessons I took away from PAIN.
It taught me to not bottle things in, grieve and acknowledge the pain, forgive myself and others, and to let go.
